“In general, the venue itself is stunning and really speaks for itself. They recently had air conditioning installed in their reception hall, which greatly helped the temperature in a room full of people dancing and eating. In terms of catering- the main dishes were on par for your typical event venue, the canapés were the best part! Overall, we would definitely book with Stanley Park Pavilion again.

Our organizer, Anj, was extraordinarily helpful, both during the planning process and on the night of the event, suggesting vendors, giving advice on the menu, laying out the space (seating, tables, etc), helping to orchestrate the schedule of events, and always remaining flexible and responsive to our wishes.

“It was the perfect location to showcase Vancouver to our many out-of-town guests and the inside is a great blank canvas for whatever décor/theme you want. The staff worked with us to bring our vision to life and were very accommodating for certain things we needed (handicap accessibility, dietary restrictions, etc.) Our guests have had nothing but good things to say about the venue.”
