May I bring in outside catering for a late night snack?
Yes, there is an additional $20.00 plus applicable taxes per person outside catering fee. Please contact your event specialist to assist with booking the outside caterer.
May I use a different vendor that is not on your recommended list?
Yes, you can use your own vendor. However, it’s always easier to use the recommended vendors as they are aware of our venue rules and regulations.
Do you have a cake cutting fee?
The following cake cutting fees apply. The following per person fees apply. $3.50 per for plated, $2.50 for buffet style and $1.50 for cupcakes.
How much is the service charge?
Our gratuity service fee is 18%
Do you provide parking?
Paid parking in Stanley Park is provided by Easy Park. We recommend you download the Easy Park app. The lot number #62
May I customize the menu?
Yes, we can customize any of our menus. Please contact our event specialists for further information.
How much do you charge for children?
We do not charge for children under 3 years old. For children between 4-10 years of age, we charge $25 plus applicable taxes. We are also able to create a kids menu if there are more than 10 children attending your wedding or event.
What is the plan for outdoor ceremonies if it rains?
If it rains on your ceremony day, your event coordinator will contact you two hours before the scheduled guests arrival to confirm if you would prefer to have the ceremony in the Tea Room.
If we select a buffet for the event, where do you set up the buffet tables?
The buffet tables are set up in the Tea Room and we invite guests to the buffet, table by table.
